Pricing & Payments

Your service block includes professional labor, standard consumables (such as screws, anchors, and caulk), and all required tools. Project-specific materials are estimated separately and reviewed with you before work begins.

We use AI-supported analysis of your submitted photos and project details to prepare a preliminary materials estimate before your appointment. This allows us to plan efficiently and reduce delays. If additional or different materials are required once on site, your technician will review any updates with you before purchase or installation.

No. Your service block begins when the technician arrives at your property.

If your project is completed early, we’re happy to address additional items within your reserved time. As part of our service, technicians may also identify minor issues that are commonly overlooked, giving you the opportunity to resolve them before they become larger problems.

If additional time is required due to scope changes or site conditions, your technician will review the next service block option with you before proceeding. Any time already used will be applied toward the upgraded block. No additional work is completed without your approval.

Payment is collected after the work is completed to your satisfaction. We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods.

Our Process

Upload photos and describe your project. We evaluate the scope, recommend the appropriate service block, and prepare a preliminary materials estimate. Final scope is confirmed on-site before work begins.

Estimates are highly accurate based on the information provided. We use AI-supported analysis to improve planning precision and reduce surprises. If site conditions differ from the original submission, any adjustments are reviewed and approved with you before proceeding.

We pre-plan each appointment using your project details and AI-supported analysis. This allows your technician to arrive prepared with the right tools and materials, minimizing delays and improving efficiency.

After you receive and approve your service block and project estimate, we schedule your appointment based on availability. Most projects can be scheduled within a few business days.

Whenever possible, we assign the same technician for repeat visits to maintain continuity and familiarity with your home.

Services

We provide general home repairs, carpentry, drywall, painting, fixture installation, and minor plumbing and electrical repairs permitted under Oklahoma regulations.

We do not perform major structural work, roofing, HVAC service, electrical panel upgrades, new circuit installation, or major plumbing modifications. If licensed trade work is required, we will advise you accordingly. We're happy to recommend trusted specialists for these jobs.
