1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReZpro's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

ReZpro provides a platform connecting homeowners with home repair and maintenance services. Our services include:

• Photo-based quote requests for home repairs
• AI-powered cost estimation
• Scheduling and job tracking
• Communication tools between clients and service providers

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through our platform are estimates based on the information and photos you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual job conditions. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Residential flat-rate blocks. Residential work is priced in flat-rate time blocks (for example, a service call or a half-day). The block price covers the labor time in that block for the scope described in your request. Materials, parts, and disposal fees are billed separately unless we state otherwise in writing. Flat-rate pricing assumes normal access and working conditions and that the described scope is accurate and complete.

Commercial and property-manager work. Commercial work is not priced in flat-rate blocks. It is billed hourly, plus a per-dispatch trip charge, and invoiced on agreed terms. A written estimate or vendor packet is provided before work begins where requested.

5. Scope Changes

Your quote covers the specific scope of work described and shown in your request. If, on arrival or during the job, we find additional work, hidden conditions, or a scope that is larger than described, we will pause and review the change with you before proceeding.

Additional or changed work is quoted separately. For residential jobs this may mean an additional time block or a revised flat-rate quote; for commercial jobs it is billed at the applicable hourly rate. We will not perform out-of-scope work or charge for it without your approval.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our platform. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled service with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

ReZpro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
